About the event
We hope to see members near and far at this annual meeting, a chance to catch up with old friends, talk about membership, events, club activities and more.
Door Prize
We humbly ask that each club in attendance brings a Door Prize for attendees!
Fee:
We ask everyone to contribute $20 each for the cost of the luncheon and snacks. Marietta's famous BBQ from Williamson Brothers will be served. Please bring cash or a check made out to the Georgia Civitan Foundation.
Service Project:
Please consider bringing arts and crafts items to donate to Great Prospects, Inc., a special day program for teens and young adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Paints and markers, clay, art paper, markers, stickers and the like would be greatly appreciated!
After Meeting Social: (Optional)
For those interested, after the meeting there will be a social at Marietta's Historic Strand Theater. Pam Brems will purchase a lmited block of tickets for the Motown Review at 3:00 pm at a moderately discounted price. Tickets cost between $29-$39. Please let us know in your meeting RSVP if you would like to attend.
